  • Patent number: 9174553
Abstract: A seat, in particular motor vehicle seat, with a seat part and a backrest pivotally mounted relative to the seat part, which includes a backrest frame with two mutually opposite side bars, is provided. The two side bars are connected with each other via a transverse shaft which is rotatably mounted on the seat part in the region of a side bar. At least one fitting arrangement with a fitting part fixed at the backrest frame is provided, in order to arrest the pivotally mounted backrest relative to the seat part. The fitting part fixed at the backrest frame is welded to one of the side bars and the transverse shaft is welded to this fitting part. An end of the transverse shaft extends through one of the two side bars and this end is rotatably mounted in a seat side part of the seat part, so that the transverse shaft defines a pivot axis about which the backrest is pivotable relative to the seat part.

  • Publication number: 20130025388
Abstract: The invention relates to an adjusting device for adjusting two vehicle parts relative to each other, comprising a first guide rail (10), which is longitudinally extended along a longitudinal axis and which is formed by a base (100) and lateral legs (101, 102) connected to the base, a second guide rail (11), which is movably arranged on the first guide rail and which is longitudinally extended along the longitudinal axis, an adjusting mechanism (2), which is arranged between the legs on the first guide rail and which comprises a spindle nut (23), which can be rotated about the longitudinal axis in order to drive the adjusting device, a spindle (3), which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the second guide rail and which is longitudinally extended along the longitudinal axis and which engages with the spindle nut in such a way that, when the spinal nut is rotated, the first guide rail is moved along the longitudinal axis relative to the second guide rail, and a fastening device for fastening the adju

  • Patent number: 7823975
Abstract: A support with a lumbar adjuster device for a motor vehicle seat includes a front side which, in the installed position, faces a seat user's back and a lumbar adjuster device which is arranged on the front side of the support and is intended for setting the position of the lumbar support perpendicular to the plane of extent of the backrest frame. The lumbar adjuster device has at least one adjuster element to be brought into operative connection with the lumbar support, and at least one slide which is movable with respect to the adjuster element. The slide can be moved, firstly, along a tensioning direction along which it is pretensioned, and, secondly, along a drawing direction along which a drawing force can be transmitted to the slide via a drawing means coupled to the slide.
