  • Patent number: 11189290
Abstract: A method, system, and program product for selecting software is provided. The method includes retrieving audio data during a call with a subject matter expert (SME). The audio data is converted into a data training set and documents of the SME are converted into a document training set. Canonical documents generated by authors are analyzed and specified code is extracted from the text data training set and document training set. Attributes of individuals are detected. The attributes are compared with specified data and the canonical documents and it is determined that the individuals are requesting information associated with the text data. The information is provided to the individuals via the canonical documents or the documents of the SME and it is determined if a matched set of data exists between the attributes, the specified data, and the canonical documents. A digital action associated with results of the determination is executed.

  • Patent number: 9052906
Abstract: A method for the modularized customization of a model within a model driven development environment includes selecting a template specifying a base model and different points of variability of a base model in a model driven development environment and transmitting over a data communications network an electronic form configured to receive data in different data fields representative of the points of variability. Thereafter, a submission of the electronic form can be received and data from the received submission representative of the points of variability can be extracted. Instructions can be added to a control file corresponding to the points of variability and the control file can be processed to generate artifacts in an import file specifying the points of variability. Finally, the import file can be imported into the model driven development environment and the base model modified with the points of variability of the artifacts.

  • Patent number: 8215411
Abstract: A downhole sleeve has a sliding sleeve movable in a bore of the sleeve's housing. The sliding sleeve is movable from a closed condition to an opened condition when a ball is dropped in the sleeve's bore and engages an indexing seat in the sliding sleeve. The sliding sleeve in the closed condition prevents communication between the bore and the port, and the sleeve in the opened condition permits communication between the bore and the port. In the closed condition, keys of the seat extend into the bore to engage the ball and to move the sliding sleeve open. In the opened condition, the keys of the seat retract from the bore so the ball can pass through the sleeve to another cluster sleeve or to another isolation sleeve of an assembly.

  • Patent number: 8051577
Abstract: An apparatus for positioning of fasteners normal to a surface through which the fasteners are to be inserted is described. The apparatus includes a sheet of material comprising a plurality of holes therethrough, where the holes are positioned to correspond with bores through the surface through which the fasteners are to be inserted, and a plurality of grommets. The grommets are operable for mounting in the holes in said sheet. Each grommet includes a hole centered therein and sized such that the grommet will support a fastener placed therein, and a plurality of radial keyways extending from the centered hole, the keyways having a specific radial depth to provide finger tabs at the centered hole to maintain support of the corresponding fastener normal to the sheet.
