  • Patent number: 7878699
Abstract: A drive system for a mixer barrel for absorbing weight of the mixer barrel (1). The drive system communicates with a base (5) via a weight supporting element which supports the mixer barrel (1) and enables relative movement therebetween. The weight supporting element comprises at least one distortable elastic element (28, 29, 30, 39) enabling the movement between the drive system and the base (5). The at least one elastic element (28, 29, 30, 39) supports the weight of the mixer barrel (1) above the at least one elastic element (28, 29, 30, 39). The drive system (4) has at least one component (36) which limits movement of the drive system (4) and increases a distance between the drive system (4) and the base (5) such that a torque strain on the drive system (4) is braced by the base (5).

  • Publication number: 20090034363
Abstract: A drive for a barrel mixer having at least one elastic element (17) which is arranged between a base (5) and a drive system (4). The drive levels out relative displacement between the mixing drum (1) and the frame (2) of the vehicle. A number of components added to the drive are provided for absorbing and minimizing displacement of the drive system (4).

  • Patent number: 7331701
Abstract: A drive for a mixing drum has a compensating device (25) for the purpose of compensating the motions between a drum (1) and a bearing bracket (4), which consists of a first component (20), an elastic element (17), and a second component (16).

  • Publication number: 20070143920
Abstract: A patient support apparatus includes a frame, a head section coupled to the frame and movable relative to the frame between first and second angular positions, and a sensor operable to determine an angular position of the head section. The apparatus also has an alarm that is activated if the angular position of the head section is not sufficiently large enough.
