Abstract: A container two-element holder assembly, comprising a container holder plate and a hinge link, arranged for substantially flush retracted storage in a vehicle panel recess wherein each element has an internal side lying in a common plane juxtaposed the recess backwall. The hinge link is supported to the backwall about a first pivot axis whereby the holder assembly is adapted for conjoint ninety degree swinging movement about the first pivot axis through a side opening in the recess to an intermediate mode. The holder plate is pivotally connected to the hinge link for rotational movement about a second pivot axis, orthogonal to the first axis, through an angle of ninety degrees from its intermediate mode to a use mode. In the use mode the holder plate internal side, formed with a cavity, faces upwardly for receiving and supporting a beverage container in the cavity.

Abstract: A vibratory conveyor apparatus is provided for conveying and orienting articles. The apparatus includes a hopper having an inlet and an outlet. The hopper is vibrated to convey articles in the hopper in a predetermined direction from the inlet toward the outlet. The apparatus also includes a plurality of lane dividers for dividing the hopper into a plurality of article-receiving lanes arranged to conduct articles disposed therein toward the outlet. The apparatus further includes barriers coupled to the lane dividers for disengaging an article riding on the lane dividers as the article is conveyed in the predetermined direction to cause the article to fall into a single article-receiving lane and assume a predetermined orientation therein prior to discharge of the article from the hopper through the outlet.

Abstract: A cup holder for employment within the passenger area of a vehicle. The cup holder is built into a vehicle console structure so as to be incorporated as an integral part of the vehicle's interior and minimize bulk, attachment and support requirements. The cup holder may be formed in a sliding panel on the console with the sliding panel controlling access to an additional cup holder.

Abstract: A vehicle steering column mounted control stalk with multiple switch actuators for selective independent actuation of a multiple contact, multiple slide vehicle speed control switch assembly and of a multiple contact rotary and axially translatable windshield wiper motor and washer pump motor control switch assembly.
