  • Patent number: 12214236
Abstract: A forest fire retardant composition contains a retardant compound that includes a phosphate salt. The phosphate salt may include diammonium phosphate, diammonium orthophosphate, monoammonium phosphate, monoammonium orthophosphate, monosodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, disodium phosphate hydrate, sodium ammonium phosphate, sodium ammonium phosphate hydrate, sodium tripolyphosphate, trisodium phosphate, or dipotassium phosphate, and combinations thereof. The forest fire retardant composition may include an ammonium source. The composition may be in the form of a dry concentrate, a liquid concentrate, or a final diluted product. The final diluted product is effective in suppressing, retarding, and controlling forest fires while exhibiting corrosion resistance and low toxicity.

  • Patent number: 12205427
Abstract: A compensating element having first and second modules is disclosed. A locking mechanism which can be switched between a first and a second operating state is provided. The first module is connected firmly to the second module in the first operating state. The first operating state defines a zero position between the first and the second module. The first and the second module are connected to one another in the second operating state by a spring mechanism in such a way that they are movable relative to one another. The compensating element has a midaxis, and the first and the second module are arranged at least partially next to one another in the direction of the midaxis. A measuring system is also disclosed with which the relative position between the first and the second module can be measured. The first or second module includes an externally visible luminous surface. A luminous state of the luminous surface is dependent on the relative position measured by the measuring system.

  • Publication number: 20230336870
Abstract: A controller for a video camera, the controller comprising: an input for receiving a focus command indicative of a focus distance; and one or more outputs for transmitting a first signal for controlling the focus of a lens of the camera and a second signal indicative of the focus distance indicated by the focus command; the controller being configured to determine a focus limit and to transmit the first signal so as to command the camera to adjust its focus to the distance indicated by the focus command only if that distance does not exceed the focus limit.

  • Patent number: 10680428
Abstract: An energy supply for an electrical circuit breaker includes a current converter with a primary conductor and a secondary winding. The energy supply further has a triac with two main connections and one control connection, the triac being connected electrically in parallel with the secondary winding via the main connections. A series circuit including at least two zener diodes is connected to the control connection of the triac at one end and to a main connection of the triac at the other end.

  • Patent number: 10658952
Abstract: A drive system includes a power converter and a motor powered from the power converter via supply leads. An electromagnetically actuatable brake is disposed on the motor. The brake is able to be supplied and is therefore controllable from an AC/DC converter, which is powered via lines from a DC/AC converter that is powered and/or controlled by signal electronics of the power converter.

  • Publication number: 20020172346
Abstract: For performing call forwarding from terminal stations of a dependent switch which is configured as second switch connected at the exchange (e.g. from extensions of a private branch exchange PBX), an exchange sets up a call forwarding list in which a call address is in each case allocated to a terminal station code as forwarding destination for one or more terminal stations of the dependent switch. When a connection request relating to a subscriber at a dependent switch of the exchange arrives, the code of the desired terminal station is used for checking whether a call address is allocated to this code in an associated call forwarding list. If this is so, the connection is forwarded to this call address.
