Publication number: 20250063120Abstract: Techniques for assigning agents to callers that have contacted a contact center by using a communication management system. The techniques include initiating a communication session between a caller and the communication management system, obtaining caller data by obtaining data from the caller in the communication session and/or obtaining data about the caller's historical behavior, identifying an intent of the caller by using the caller data and a trained machine learning model configured to predict intent of callers, identifying, from a plurality of agents, an agent to assign to the caller in the communication session by using the identified intent and an agent performance model configured to rank at least some of the plurality of agents based on a measure of their performance in communication sessions with callers having a same intent as the identified intent, and assigning the identified agent to the caller.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 14, 2024Publication date: February 20, 2025Inventors: Duncan Renfrow-Symon, Roger Bock, Chandrasekhar Venkata Ganduri, Ashequl Qadir, Sunpreet Singh, Michael Solway, Bradley Mensing West, Graham Robert Ganssle, Sandeep Kandekar, Anh Do, Harsimranjit Singh, Sanjeev Singh Sahni, Vaidyanathan Raghavan, Stephen Gershman, Susan Golbe

Publication number: 20230191166Abstract: A device is designed in the form of glasses with a frame (10) having a frontal portion (20), temporal portions (30) abutting the frontal portion on two sides, and temples (40) attached to the temporal portions. Each temporal portion (30) comprises an intake fan (31) with an air filter (50) and a discharge air duct (60), wherein nozzles (63) of the two air ducts (60) are oriented towards one another, providing the formation of substantially counter-directed streams of clean air directly under the nostrils of a user, with the result that a region of high pressure is formed, keeping non-purified ambient air from entering the nostrils.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 24, 2021Publication date: June 22, 2023Inventors: Andrey Sergeevich Balanev, Dmitry Mikhailovich Volobuev, Michael Gershman, Leonid Malinin, Alexey Yurievich Oleynikov, Pavel Anatolievich Uporov

Patent number: 8480979Abstract: An enhancement water system to produce a serving of enhanced filtered water is described. The present system describes a faucet mount water enhancement system that includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet, a source of water at the inlet, and a filter component within the housing. Source water is converted into treated water as it flows through the filter component under the influence of pressure. The housing further includes an outlet for outflow of treated water. A first enhancement module is disposed outside the housing adjacent the outlet and the first enhancement module is effective to dispense a desired amount of a first enhancement for use in combining with treated water dispensed from the outlet.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2012Date of Patent: July 9, 2013Assignee: The Clorox CompanyInventors: Edward B. Rinker, Janet Elizabeth Lane, Simon S. Litvin, Ilya Ilyin, Alexander Chaliyan, Dmitry Logatchev, Michael Gershman, Valery Pavlov, Semyon Kogan

Publication number: 20030106556Abstract: The device claimed refers to means for human respiration organ protection against dust-like particles—in particular, against allergen-carrying particles. It may be used as a nasal filter, as a filter in respirators, and so forth. The device comprises a hollow body having one or several inlet channels and one outlet orifice that are intended for the passage of inhaled air, with the inner surface of said body having such a shape that is close to the shape of a truncated cone, and said inlet channels are made in the major base of the cone with the direction of the axis of each of the channels being combined out of the tangential component and axial component, while the outlet orifice is made in the vertex (minor base) of the cone, and the inner body surface is covered with a sticky substance capable of retaining dust and allergen particles contained in the inhaled air. Cleaning of inhaled air takes place in filter's “vortex chamber” formed by the body of the above-indicated shape.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 24, 2002Publication date: June 12, 2003Inventors: Vladimir Alperovich, Valery Peary, Michael Gershman, Simon Litvin
