  • Patent number: 11944557
Abstract: An endoprosthesis may include an expandable framework configured to shift between a delivery configuration and a deployed configuration, and a covering including a plurality of polymeric cover segments disposed about at least a portion of the expandable framework. A portion of each of the plurality of polymeric cover segments may be fixedly attached to the expandable framework. The plurality of polymeric cover segments is longitudinally spaced apart from each other in the delivery configuration. The plurality of polymeric cover segments longitudinally overlaps each other in the deployed configuration.

  • Publication number: 20080198349
Abstract: There are provided film printing systems and methods for printing images on one of two different width film stocks. A method for printing images on one of two different width film stocks includes the step of combining each of three different color light streams into a combined color stream. The method further includes the step of directing the combined color stream into a hybrid lens that focuses the combined color stream onto one of the two different width film stocks such that a uniformity of the combined color stream remains the same regardless of film width.

  • Publication number: 20060046826
Abstract: An automotive racing vehicle suspension system coupled between a vehicle body and a rotatable wheel, the suspension system comprising: an upper wheel assembly control arm coupled at a proximal end to the vehicle body; a lower A-frame portion rigidly suspended at a proximal end below the upper wheel assembly control arm; a vertical link coupled between a distal end of the upper wheel assembly control arm and a distal end of the lower A-frame portion, the vertical link rotatably coupled to a hub assembly; a leaf spring attached to the upper wheel assembly control arm for providing resilient resistance to vertical motion above or below the upper wheel assembly control arm; at least one shock absorber coupled between the chassis and the lower A-frame portion for providing resilient resistance to motion between the upper wheel assembly control arm and the lower A-frame portion which causes a compressive force in the at least one shock absorber; and at least one pull-spring coupled between the upper wheel assembly

  • Publication number: 20050046534
Abstract: Improved form-less electronic apparatus and methods for manufacturing the same. In one exemplary embodiment, the apparatus comprises a shape-core inductive device having a bonded-wire coil which is formed and maintained within the device without resort to a bobbin or other form(er). The absence of the bobbin simplifies the manufacture of the device, reduces its cost, and allows it to be made more compact (or alternatively additional functionality to be disposed therein). One variant utilizes a termination header for mating to a PCB or other assembly, while another totally avoids the use of the header by directly mating to the PCB. Multi-core variants and methods of manufacturing are also disclosed.
