The quilt includes a first set of one or more lateral fastener elements extending along the first lateral edge and a second set of one or more lateral fastener elements extending along the second lateral edge adapted for selective engagement and disengagement with each other. A bottom corner of the first lateral edge is folded over a bottom corner of the second lateral edge to form the footbox.
