Abstract: A method for repurposing a shipping container into a refrigerated cold box includes the steps of cleaning the inside and outside of the shipping container. The inside and outside of the shipping container are then primed after removal of all rust. The interior of the shipping container is then framed into one or more compartments. Foam insulation is then sprayed within the interior of compartment(s) to a predetermined depth and walls and flooring are installed with plywood covered in stainless steel sheeting. Finally, the interior and exterior of the shipping container is painted with a ceramic paint to further increase its insulative properties.

A pump for transporting the water from the holding tank to a multi-stage water filter wherein such water filter comprises in-seriatim; a sediment filter, at least one carbon block filter, a granular activated carbon filter, a second UV light and a re-mineralization filter.

Abstract: An automatic generator start (AGS) system that includes a battery and a controller for monitoring a voltage. A relay system is then used that is comprised of a plurality of relays that are individually actuated by the controller. An ignition for a gasoline powered generator can then be fully controlled so that the controller monitors the voltage of the battery and actuates the relay system for starting or stopping the gasoline powered generator ignition when the voltage is at some predetermined value.

Abstract: A portable refrigeration unit includes a substantially rectangular box for providing storage for perishable goods. A refrigerator is used for cooling the rectangular box to a predetermined temperature. An insertable backpack engages within an open end of the substantially rectangular box for providing a supporting surface for components of the refrigeration unit. The portable refrigeration unit further includes a water generator for generating potable water from atmospheric moisture that can be heated using refrigeration components.
