  • Publication number: 20250005559
Abstract: Certain aspects provide techniques and apparatus for efficiently executing reversible transactions on a blockchain. An example method generally includes aggregating tokens from a plurality of wallets into a global pool of tokens. Generally, the global pool of tokens comprises a first type of token and a second type of token. A request to exchange a first quantity of the first type of token stored in a wallet to a second type of token is received. A second quantity of the second type of token to transfer to the wallet is calculated based, at least in part, on a ratio of the first type of token to the second type of token in the global pool of tokens. The first quantity of the first type of token is transferred to the global pool of tokens, and the second quantity of the second type of token is transferred to the wallet.

  • Publication number: 20240335273
Abstract: A full coverage abdominal anatomic hernia mesh is a device that provides full coverage of the abdominal wall for abdominal wall reconstruction procedures. The device includes a mesh body with an upper mesh section, a lower mesh section, a lateral edge, and a primary horizontal axis. The mesh body is anatomically structured to provide coverage to the midline and lateral abdominal regions of the abdominal wall as well as to the groin region. The upper mesh section provides coverage to the midline and lateral abdominal regions. The lower mesh section provides coverage to the groin region. The upper mesh section has a larger surface area than the lower mesh section to cover a wider area of the abdominal wall. The lateral edge delineates the perimeter of the mesh body. The primary horizontal axis divides the mesh body into the upper mesh section and the lower mesh section.

  • Publication number: 20240323179
Abstract: A Package Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) or other room Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) appliance may present a temporary authentication code to a user staying in a room in which the room HVAC appliance is installed to enable the user to authenticate his or her mobile device and control the room HVAC appliance during their stay. The temporary authentication code is valid for a limited duration, such that a user previously authenticated to the room HVAC appliance loses authentication, and is required to re-authenticate with a new temporary authentication code when the prior temporary authentication code has expired. As such, a user lacking physical access to the room HVAC appliance, such as after the user's stay has ended, is no longer able to access the room HVAC appliance.

The lateral edge includes a first inflection point, an upper concave edge, a second inflection point, a lower-left concave edge, a third inflection point, a lower convex edge, a fourth inflection point, and a lower-right concave edge to define the preferred shape. The upper mesh section is adjacently connected to the lower mesh section along the horizontal axis. The lateral edge is perimetrically positioned around the upper mesh section and the lower mesh section. The upper concave edge is extended from the first inflection point to the second inflection point and adjacent to the upper mesh section. The lower-left concave edge, the third inflection point, the lower convex edge, the fourth inflection point, and the lower-right concave edge are positioned adjacent to the lower mesh section.

  • Patent number: 11971903
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for bridging transactions across blockchains. The method generally includes receiving a request to invoke an atomic transaction including operations performed on a first blockchain and operations performed on a second blockchain. Generally, the atomic transaction is completed when an enumerated set of operations are completed. A first operation in the enumerated set of operations is initiated on the first blockchain. Initiating the first operation on the first blockchain triggers initiation of one or more second operations on the second blockchain. Completion of the one or more second operations for the atomic transaction is detected on the second blockchain, indicating that the operations of the atomic transaction relevant to the second blockchain have been completed on the second blockchain. Based on detecting completion of the one or more second operations on the second blockchain, the atomic transaction is finalized on the first blockchain.

  • Patent number: 11511143
Abstract: A mobile fire protection system comprises a first radiation detector for detecting radiation emitted by a flame in a monitoring region. A container holds fire suppression agent, the container being in selective fluid flow communication via a passage with an outlet for discharging the fire suppression agent. A mobile support structure carries the container. A valve is selectively movable between a closed state, wherein the fire suppression agent remains captive within the container, and an open state, wherein flow of the fire suppression agent from the container towards the outlet is enabled. A controller is configured, responsive to the first radiation detector detecting radiation emitted by the flame in the monitoring region, to cause the valve to move to the open state to discharge the fire suppression agent via the passage and the outlet towards the flame.
