    Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and methodology for inspecting holograms for structural integrity. Holograms configured for image formation under ambient, humanly perceivable light are illuminated with ultra-violet (UV) light to obtain an image of the actual structure of the hologram. The UV image is compared to a master hologram or image data file to determine the structural integrity.
