  • Publication number: 20240108127
Abstract: A device is disclosed including a foldable storage cabinet having panels and doors that are connected with hinges to facilitate folding and unfolding for ease of packaging, transportation and deployment. One or more shelves are coupled to the inside of a U-shaped back-panel with hinges to allow folding the shelves into the inside of the back-panel. Two side-panels connected to the back-panel can be folded into the inside of the back-panel. The doors can be folded into the back-panel together and in line with their respective side-panels. Doors can also be folded into their respective side-panels before folding the door/side-panel assembly into the back-panel. Top panel is detached from the rest of the cabinet and can be snapped into place at the end of the unfolding process.

  • Publication number: 20240099405
Abstract: A device is disclosed including a foldout pocket with an integrated platform assembly on a clothing article, such as a jacket or a shirt that can support a mobile device when folded out during active use to free user's hands. A flap may be opened to release the front of the foldout pocket and allow it to fold out to a prescribed angle held in place by side supports connected to back of the foldout pocket. The platform assembly is detachably or permanently integrated with the folded-out pocket, on which mobile devices of various thickness can be supported and secured with clamps built into the rigid platform. Clamps of various sizes are used on a slider with discrete and fine position adjustments relative to the fixed platform supporting the mobile device.

  • Patent number: 11920952
Abstract: A removeable level endcap is disclosed where the endcap safeguards the end of the level apparatus against drops and impacts. The endcap assembly includes a sliding C-clamp slidably housed inside a locking hook structure. Both locking and locking hook structures are “C” shaped with two end portions coupled to a middle portion. With the sliding C-clamp in a fully pushed backward position within the locking hook housing structure, a single linear forward push of the sliding C-clamp couples the locking hook structure end portions with the level end and locks the endcap onto the level end using locking tabs on locking hook structure end portions with the sliding C-clamp in a pushed fully forward position within the locking hook structure. Unlocking, detaching, and removing the endcap from the level apparatus is accomplished with a single linear backward pull of the sliding C-clamp within the locking hook structure.

  • Patent number: 11911923
Abstract: Ergonomic snips have a pair of pivoted levers each having a forward end formed as a cutting blade and a rearward end forming a hand portion. A first handgrip on one hand portion includes a first anti-slip ear suitable for engaging a user's thumb. A second handgrip on the other hand portion includes a second anti-slip ear to form a finger receiving portion to accommodate one or both of the index and middle fingers of a user to allow a user to either place the second anti-slip ear between the user's index and middle fingers to maximize torque or place the second anti-slip ear between said middle and ring fingers to provide greater cutting control or precision. The distances between a user's thumb and the user's index and middle fingers remain substantially the same in both positions of the hand.

  • Patent number: 11883945
Abstract: A transportable workbench is disclosed the legs of which are easily manipulated and are folded under its top part. With the same ease the legs may be unfolded and erected to create a work-table for working in construction sites and in temporary work places. Each workbench has a telescopic moveable handle and corresponding mechanisms that translate the movements of the handle into movements of the workbench legs. Each workbench also has two push-buttons or actuators which help locking the moveable members of the workbench in various desired positions. Additionally, the tops of the workbenches have different slots and holes for attaching different power and traditional tools to the workbenches and are marked for various measurements and/or calculations which eliminates the need to use some basic tools while working on top of the workbench.

  • Publication number: 20220354195
Abstract: An article of manufacture and a method are disclosed including a multi-layered knee pad including an outer shell and other layers forming high sidewalls, the height of which depends on the internal width of the knee pad. The outer shell may also have an array of recesses on its outer convex surface. The other knee pad layers include one or more foam layers on the concave side of the outer shell, one or more gel layers surrounded by the foam layers, and a fabric sheet covering the foam layers on the concave side of the outer shell. The knee pad is manufactured using an injection mold to form the foam layers. The knee pad is customizable with respect to size, firmness, and structure. The knee pad may be customized by varying the layer's characteristics such as material and dimensions as well as the size and location of the recesses.

  • Patent number: 11460283
Abstract: A device is disclosed including a compact tape measure housing enclosing a tape spool with a multi-segment spring-loaded tape retention mechanism having a tape spool, a primary rewind spring, a secondary rewind spring coupled together via a rotating spring coupling. In various embodiments, the primary and the secondary springs may be placed side-by-side making the two springs and the overall tape measure device smaller in diameter. The primary and the secondary rewind springs are coupled to the tape spool and the housing via an axle pin. The diameter of the tape measure housing may be reduced if two or more rewind springs are used instead of a single one. The primary and the secondary rewind springs operate in series. On pulling the measuring tape, the primary spring is compressed, causing the secondary rewind spring to compress. On release of the tape, the springs operate in reverse, retracting the tape.
