  • Publication number: 20190123484
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a first housing. A second housing is moveable relative to the first housing and includes a travel peg. The electrical connector also includes a lever. The lever includes two lever arms that are joined by a handle. Each of the lever arms is attached to the first housing and allows relative rotational movement of the lever about a lever axis. The lever may be moved from a pre-stage position to a final position. The lever engages the travel peg to move the second housing linearly in an insertion direction from a pre-stage position to a seated position relative to the first housing. The travel peg moves along a peg path when the second housing is moved from the pre-stage position to the seated position. The peg path is located between the lever axis and the handle.

  • Patent number: 9315784
Abstract: The present invention relates to a improved process for the biotechnological production of compounds for which ribose-5-phosphate, ribulose-5-phosphate or xylulose-5-phosphate is biosynthetic precursor like riboflavin (vitamin B2), FAD, FMN, pyridoxal phosphate (vitamin B6), guanosine, GMP, adenosine, AMP. The invention further pertains to the generation of the organism producing those compounds. It furthermore relates to the generation of mutated transketolases that allow normal growth on glucose but reduced growth on gluconate when introduced into the production strains and to polynucleotides encoding them.

  • Patent number: 8943967
Abstract: A method of mounting and adjusting a printing plate on a plate cylinder of a multicolor offset printing press is described. The printing plate is clamped between front and rear clamping bars, the rear clamping bar being movable under the application of a tensioning force and occupying, upon clamping of the trailing end of the printing plate, a tension-release position. Tensioning of the printing plate is carried out by initially applying a nominal tensioning force to the rear clamping bar. A print register of the tensioned printing plate is then measured and compared to a target print register to determine a corrected tensioning position of the rear clamping bar corresponding to the target print register. The tension of the printing plate is thereafter released. The correct tensioning position is set as new reference position of the rear clamping bar before or after tensioning again the printing plate.
