Patent number: 10999720Abstract: Various examples are described for defining automations for client devices enrolled with a management service. A computing environment can cause one or more user interfaces to be shown in a display of an administrator device that include at least one field for receiving a conditional statement to generate an automation associated with client devices enrolled with the management service. The computing environment can validate the conditional statement based on validation criteria and, in an instance in which the conditional statement has been validated, generate the automation based on the conditional statement, the automation causing the computing environment to perform a predetermined action automatically when the conditional statement is satisfied.Type: GrantFiled: September 16, 2019Date of Patent: May 4, 2021Assignee: VMWARE, INC.Inventors: Adam Michael Hardy, Carlos Carbonell, Jason Bedient, Binjie Sun, Qi Gao

Patent number: 10974190Abstract: A process is presented where a feed stream containing a hydrogen sulfide and another feed component is introduced into an absorber that the feed stream flows upward from the bottom of the absorber and contacts a liquid treatment solution, where the liquid treatment solution contains a sulfur dye catalyst. The hydrogen sulfide is absorbed into the liquid treatment solution and converted into sulfide ions. The other feed component is removed from the absorber vessel substantially free of the hydrogen sulfide and a spent treatment solution is also removed from the absorber vessel and fed to an oxidation vessel where it is contacted with an oxygen containing gas causing the sulfide ions to oxidize to thiosulfate and converting the spent sulfur dye catalyst to regenerated sulfur dye catalyst. The thiosulfate is recovered, and the regenerated sulfur dye catalyst can be recycled as part of the liquid treatment solution.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 2020Date of Patent: April 13, 2021Assignee: MERICHEM COMPANYInventors: David Jackson, Jeffrey Bruce Gomach, Michael Hardy

Publication number: 20200389525Abstract: Various examples are described for defining automations for client devices enrolled with a management service. A computing environment can cause one or more user interfaces to be shown in a display of an administrator device that include at least one field for generating an automation that includes a trigger, a condition, and an action to automatically be performed when the condition is satisfied. The trigger defines a time at which the management service compares the condition to device profiles generated for client devices enrolled with the management service. The user interface can forecast a number of client devices that will be affected or subject to an automation, and can display results of the automation as it is executed in real time.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 10, 2019Publication date: December 10, 2020Inventors: Adam Michael Hardy, Qi Gao, Jason Bedient, Binjie Sun, Carlos Carbonell

Publication number: 20200332203Abstract: A process is presented to treat a process stream containing a hydrocarbon (oil and/or gas) and hydrogen sulfide with a liquid treatment solution containing a sulfur dye catalyst. The process stream can be within a pipeline, wellbore, subsea pipeline or a wellhead that contains hydrogen sulfide where the liquid treatment solution is injected at a predetermined point to define a scavenger zone such that the sulfur dye catalyst in the liquid treatment solution causes the sulfide from the hydrogen sulfide to react with the catalyst. The hydrocarbon component is separated substantially free of the hydrogen sulfide from a spent treatment solution containing spent sulfur dye catalyst which can then be fed to an oxidation vessel where it is contacted with an oxygen containing gas causing the sulfide to oxidize to thiosulfate and converting the spent sulfur dye catalyst to regenerated sulfur dye catalyst.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 1, 2020Publication date: October 22, 2020Inventors: Preshit Gawade, Jeffrey Bruce Gomach, E. Cole Nelson, David Jackson, K. Michael Hardy

Patent number: 10664202Abstract: Disclosed are various examples for network printer detection and authentication for managed device deployment. In one example, a computing environment can receive an identifier from a client device over a network, where the client device detects the identifier based on a wireless transmission performed by a transmitter in association with a print operation assigned to a network printer. The computing environment can determine whether an authentication is required at the network printer in association with the print operation and cause an agent application executable on the client device to obtain authentication data. An authentication can be performed based on the authentication data received from the client device and, in response to a successful authentication, causes the print operation to be performed by the network printer.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2016Date of Patent: May 26, 2020Assignee: AIRWATCH LLCInventor: Adam Michael Hardy

Patent number: 10554767Abstract: Systems and methods are included for displaying enterprise content on a large-format display based on proximity of one or more user devices. A management server can enroll a television and a user device and install management agents on both. The management server can receive proximity information from the television or the user device, or both, and determine that content relating to the user device should be displayed on the television. For example, the management server or management agents can compare an estimated distance between the television and user device to a threshold distance for displaying content on the television related to that user device. The management server can then request content from a content server and instruct the content server to provide that content directly to the television for display.Type: GrantFiled: March 23, 2017Date of Patent: February 4, 2020Assignee: AIRWATCH LLCInventors: Adam Michael Hardy, Santhosh Chandrashekarappa, Lokeswar Akuthota, Prashant Agrawal, Dharmesh Guna

Publication number: 20190123484Abstract: An electrical connector includes a first housing. A second housing is moveable relative to the first housing and includes a travel peg. The electrical connector also includes a lever. The lever includes two lever arms that are joined by a handle. Each of the lever arms is attached to the first housing and allows relative rotational movement of the lever about a lever axis. The lever may be moved from a pre-stage position to a final position. The lever engages the travel peg to move the second housing linearly in an insertion direction from a pre-stage position to a seated position relative to the first housing. The travel peg moves along a peg path when the second housing is moved from the pre-stage position to the seated position. The peg path is located between the lever axis and the handle.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 20, 2017Publication date: April 25, 2019Applicant: Lear CorporationInventors: Deborah Probert, Michael Glick, Reinhard Pusch, David Menzies, Bhupinder Rangi, Uemit Celiker, Cecil Lamar Brown, II, Michael Hardy, Lewis Galligan, Michael Hans
