  • Publication number: 20150008265
Abstract: The invention relates to a plate element (1-5; 100) for fixing a rail (S) in a rail fixing point. The plate element (1-5; 100) can be manufactured according to the invention in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner under optimal usage conditions such that the plate element (1-5; 100) is made up of at least two parts (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a; 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b; 101, 102) which are manufactured spatially separate from one another and connected to one another rigidly. In order to manufacture a plate element (1-5) according to the invention the parts (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a; 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b; 101, 102) are first generated in a first step in spatially separate tools and in a second step are then joined to the plate element (1-5).

  • Publication number: 20140371373
Abstract: The present invention relates to a component for rail fixing systems manufactured from a fibre-reinforced plastics material which consists of a basic plastics material and reinforcement fibres integrated therein. The component for rail fixing systems according to the invention can be manufactured from plastics materials in a cost-effective manner and combines a low weight with a mechanical resilience optimally matching the requirements with the greatest possible level of design freedom. This is achieved by manufacturing the component by using injection moulding compounding and the length of the reinforcement fibres being an average of at least 200 ?m.

  • Publication number: 20120228394
Abstract: A profiled element for damping sound vibrations on rail lines including a first main surface, which is designed and dimensioned such that it can be attached as a support surface to sections of the rail web without having to provide an adhesive layer, wherein the profiled element further has at least one recess on a front surface located opposite of the support surface, wherein the at least one recess in the front surface is designed for the positive engagement of an elastic fixing element for fixing the profiled element against the rail web, and at least one widened region of the profiled element in the region of the front surface, said widened region present in the lower region of the front surface in an installed position.
