  • Patent number: 11863463
Abstract: An apparatus, method, and computer program product are provided to pair request data objects with network response assets and their related systems to allow for the efficient movement of network resources and other resources in high-volume network environments that feature distributed network response assets. In some example implementations, location information such as triangulated position information associated with one or more mobile devices, along with other system characteristics is used to identify optimized pairs of request objects and response assets, such that request parameters, such as position and time constraints, can be efficiently met.

  • Patent number: 11484473
Abstract: A capsule shredding device is provided, which includes first and second housing sections. The first housing section has a chamber slightly larger than the capsule located in one end of the housing section so that when the capsule is seated in the chamber it cannot freely rotate in the chamber. A vial is releasably coupled to other end of the first housing section. One or more passageways extend from the bottom of the chamber toward the other end of the second housing section. The second housing section has an internal chamber with a spike extending into the chamber integrally formed on the interior upper section of the housing section. When the two housing sections are threaded together such that are drawn towards each other, the spike pierces the capsule, and upon further rotation the spike shreds the capsule thereby releasing the powder contained therein which flows through the one or more passageways into interior of the vial.

  • Publication number: 20220257692
Abstract: Various embodiments provide a method of increasing immunity to a virus in a subject. The method can comprise: administering to the subject one or more effective doses of an immune-enhancing natural-based composition; thereby stimulating increased expression one or more of IFN-?, IL-1B, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p40, IL-12p70, and TNF-?; inhibiting replication of the virus inside a cell of the subject, and preventing entry of virus into the cell. The method of increasing immunity can further comprise increasing immunity to an upper respiratory tract viral infection. The upper respiratory tract viral infection can be COVID-19. According to some aspects of the method of increasing immunity, the effective dose of the immune-enhancing natural-based composition comprises: 30-70 mgs of cyanidin-3-glucosides; 40-80 mgs of andrographolides; 75-125 mgs of ascorbic acid; 400-600 mgs of beta glucans; 300-500 mgs of polysaccharides; and 75-125 mgs of a blend of antioxidants.

  • Publication number: 20210361375
Abstract: A portable protective hood for use during medical procedures to avoid the spreading of aerosolized patient discharges. The protective hood includes an easy to assembly frame having a base plate formed with mounting sockets that can receive the remote ends of plastic ribs that will arch over the base plate. A transparent plastic bag has an elastomeric opening that enables the plastic bag to be placed over the upright ribs and extend down to the base plate. The base plate is shaped to incorporate curved sections that allow the movement of air from the atmosphere into the plastic bag, which is extracted through a connector on the plastic bag for attachment to a vacuum extraction device. The base plate and ribs are formed from a non-porous plastic material that permits cleaning between uses. The base plate and ribs can be placed into a storage configuration when not in operative use.

  • Patent number: 11012573
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for interactive voice response using a cloud-based service are disclosed. Voice input indicating interaction with an entity is received at a service provider environment. The entity is associated with an IVR data structure comprising one or more options associated with contacting the entity. The IVR data structure is selected based (at least in part) on analysis of the voice input by the service provider environment. The voice input is sent from a voice-capturing device to the service provider environment via a non-telephonic network. A contact point is selected from the IVR data structure based (at least in part) on analysis of the voice input and/or contextual information. A connection is initiated with the contact point.
