  • Patent number: 11136203
Abstract: A material diverter for separating bulk goods includes a housing containing an inlet and at least two outlets, as well a guide element located between the inlet and the outlets that is pivotable about a pivot bearing in order to guide the material flow to one of the outlets. The material diverter further includes a pivot drive for pivoting the guide element, in order to align it between the inlet and one of the outlets. The housing includes a door that can be moved on the housing or removed therefrom. A first bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the housing, and a second bearing element in the pivot bearing is located on the door. The guide element is received in the first and/or second bearing element such that it can be removed therefrom to facilitate servicing and cleaning of the material diverter and the guide element.

  • Patent number: 8545199
Abstract: The invention relates to a vane pump (1), in particular a regulatable oil pump for a lubricating system, with a pump housing (2) with at least one housing tank (6) and with a vane rotor (11) disposed in the housing tank (6) mounted so that it can be rotated by means of a drive shaft (10) in the pump housing (2) constituting an axis of rotation (23) which provides a mount for vanes (15) in approximately radially extending fitting slots (14). An adjusting ring (27) is provided enclosing the vane rotor (11) and circumferentially bounding pump cells (26) which, by means of a cylindrical internal wall surface (31), can be displaced between a concentric position with respect to the vane rotor (11) and an eccentric position relative thereto, to which pressured is applied by positioning torques caused by the medium pressure and a positioning mechanism (47) in order to regulate a pressure level.

  • Publication number: 20090068435
Abstract: Disclosed is a novel thick floor coating that has antistatic properties and contains metal salt solutions in ionic liquids as an antistatic component. Such thick floor coatings are suitable especially for the chemical construction sector and particularly for commercial buildings occupied by the electronics and electrical industry, which are prone to risks caused by electrostatic charges.

  • Patent number: 6602973
Abstract: A method for producing a one-component sealing and coating compound with a polyurethane base. The method provides a simpler means of production as well as guarantees improved storage stability of the compounds produced, and comprises the following steps: agitating a mixture of poly components and one diisocyanate component to obtain an isocyanate prepolymer with a residual content of monomeric diisocyanate of >2 wt per ct; dispersing pigments and inorganic fillers in the mixture and adding a solvent whilst agitating, the residual content of monomeric diisocyanate reacting with the moisture provided by the fillers so as to obtain a H2O content of <0.01 wt per ct in the reaction mixture; adding a H2O— reactive latent hardener and optionally, at least one catalyst, and airtight packing of the resulting sealing and coating compound.

  • Patent number: 5140089
Abstract: A pasty molding compound, which is reactive only above room temperature and is intended for manufacturing temperature-resistant, elasticized duromer molded components, consists of a dimerized trimethylol propane (melting point 109.degree. C., molecular weight 250, OH number 900) and of 1 to 625 parts by weight (per 100 parts of methylene diphenyldiisocyanate) of low-molecular weight and an isocyanate-limited polyesterpolyol-diisocyanate-prepolymer, prepared from polycaprolactone and an isomeric mixture of the toluenediisocyanate. This masterbatch, which has an NCO excess of up to 15% over the equivalent quantity of the free OH components can be fortified with fillers and is moldable at low pressures. Furthermore, its application as an impregnating agent for glass-fiber mats to be molded is provided.
