Abstract: A computer-implemented evaluation method for evaluating an employee includes providing an evaluation dashboard application to participants capable of generating a collective progress report indicating a proportion of group members who have transmitted external-evaluation information at a time the collective progress report is generated, and further capable of generating a plurality of individual progress reports respectively indicating a completeness of external-evaluation information received from each of the plurality of group members at a time the plurality of individual progress reports are generated. The collective progress report and the plurality of individual progress reports are accessible by each participant executing the evaluation dashboard application on a remote computer without communicating with another participant. A participant in the evaluation process can anonymously check on the progress of other participants in the evaluation process in real time.
