Abstract: A wall cornice located at least partially around the periphery of walls of a room which cornice is so formed as to receive and carry wiring and other materials and is provided with ducting means which can be connected to a power supply in the cornice and carry wiring materials for said power supply from the cornice to a required position on the wall beneath the cornice thereby removing the need for fixed power outlets in a room. The cornice therefor can carry all electrical wiring and cabling required within a room.
