  • Publication number: 20240096513
Abstract: One example includes a MOT system. The system includes first optical source configured to provide a plurality of first optical beams parallel to a central axis associated with the MOT system, and a first set of optics configured to focus the first optical beams to the central axis through a trapping region comprising a vapor of atoms. The system also includes a second optical source configured to provide a plurality of second optical beams parallel to the central axis associated with the MOT system, and a second set of optics configured to focus the second optical beams to the central axis through the trapping region. Each of the second optical beams can be coaxial with a respective one of the first optical beams, such that each of the first optical beams is counterpropagating with a respective one of the second optical beams.

  • Publication number: 20230296993
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing multi-objective alignments in imprinting (e.g., single-sided or double-sided) are provided. An example system includes rollers for moving a template roll, a stage for holding a substrate, a dispenser for dispensing resist on the substrate, a light source for curing the resist to form an imprint on the substrate when a template of the template roll is pressed into the resist on the substrate, a first inspection system for registering a fiducial mark of the template to determine a template offset, a second inspection system for registering the imprint on the substrate to determine a wafer registration offset between a target location and an actual location of the imprint, and a controller for controlling to move the substrate with the resist below the template based on the template offset, and determine an overlay bias of the imprint on the substrate based on the wafer registration offset.

  • Patent number: 9846188
Abstract: A method for detecting failures in electrical cable assemblies is provided. A cable test instrument obtains frequency domain data representing electrical characteristics of a cable link under test. A number of connectors in the cable link under test is determined based on the obtained frequency domain data. An estimated location of each of the connectors along the length of the cable link under test is determined by the cable test instrument. The connectors are ranked in accordance with their respective contribution to detected failures in the cable link under test.

  • Patent number: 9303419
Abstract: A two-component mold assembly for molding an opening within a concrete wall that provides access to a piping system supporting a sprinkler. The first component is an insert that is mounted on a concrete form, and the second component is a cover that slidably fits over the insert to define the opening in the concrete. The cover plugs the piping system during fabrication of the concrete wall and is removable from the opening in the hardened concrete after the concrete form and the mounted insert are removed.
