Patent number: 11129498Abstract: Systems and methods of bun holding and toasting use a bun dispenser and a toaster. The bun dispenser includes a bun holding cabinet in which a plurality of buns are held on shelves and each of the shelves include conveyors. A shuttle of the bun dispenser translates within at least one axis to align the shuttle with a shelf to receive a bun. A dispensing shelf of the bun dispenser receives the bun from the shuttle. A toaster receives the bun from the dispensing shelf and operates to toast the bun and dispense the toasted bun at a predetermined location.Type: GrantFiled: June 27, 2019Date of Patent: September 28, 2021Assignee: Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Marcus Frio, Glenn Schackmuth, Donald Sweeney, Richard Bauer, Michael Infanger, Michael A. Publication number: 20130189643Abstract: An improved safety needle cap for disposable needles used on dental syringes, or on syringes of similar design, that may be removed and replaced without risk of a needle stick injury. This is accomplished by fitting a needle cap to the needle hub so that it can slide down over the syringe body and lock in place while in use. The cap will then slide back over the needle and lock in place, covering the needle cannula while not in use. In this way the user's digits are continuously below the needle, decreasing the chance for puncture. The device will use a single cap that will cover both cannulas of a double sided needle, rather than the dual cap system commonly used.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 9, 2012Publication date: July 25, 2013Inventor: Michael Infanger
