Abstract: An interlocking installation panel for masonry objects comprising a base rail having a top edge, bottom edge, a wall-facing surface, and a masonry-facing surface; a top support unit comprising one or more resilient elements. The resilient elements have a top wall and a downwardly extending engagement member that is engaged to the top wall outer edge and that extends away from the top wall and towards the base rail. There is a bottom support unit comprising a bottom wall, a plurality of teeth proximate the bottom wall outer edge and that extends away from the bottom wall and towards the base rail. The bottom support unit further comprises a first downwardly extending flange proximate to the bottom wall inner edge and is directed generally downwards and a second downwardly extending flange proximate to the bottom wall outer edge and is directed generally downwards.
