Abstract: Blockchain-based systems and methods for implementing inflow/outflow of digital assets and non-digital assets. The blockchain-based systems and methods may include: (1) generating a set of digital tokens distributable on a distributed computer network; (2) assigning a subset of digital tokens of the set of digital tokens to a digital wallet of a user; (3) determining whether an electronic funding wallet of the user is linked to the digital wallet; and/or (4) executing an inflow/outflow algorithm by one or more processors of an electronic platform communicatively coupled to the distributed computer network.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed for reducing regulatory capital requirements for market participants with financial positions. Participant positions are received in a database for matching the participant positions. Additionally, participant assessed theoretical value by position, capital requirement reduction benefit for closing transactions and penalty for opening transactions by position, compression cost constraints, and zero or more custom constraints specifying acceptable risk profile in a portfolio of trades are received from each participant. A set of trades between a plurality of participants that delivers a capital requirement reduction to each of the plurality of participants, while simultaneously satisfying all participant specified cost and risk constraints is calculated. A time period to review and approve compression portfolios prior to consummating trades is provided.
