Abstract: This present invention structures and implements a process for alliance development using an ecosystem of partners around a defined solution framework. Under the present invention, the solution framework is first defined, and then an ecosystem is developed to strengthen and implement the solution (and the portfolio of offerings available within the solution area). As such, a solution provider will define a framework for a particular opportunity, and then identify a set (at least one) of solution partner to help fulfill the framework. Collectively, the solution provider and solution partner(s) function collectively within the ecosystem to capitalize on the opportunity.
