    Abstract: A device and method for training a person to move their arm in the vertical plane as a person throws, tosses or rolls and object. The device includes a flap that attaches either to the body or the clothing of the person being trained. The flap extends out laterally from the side of the body. As a person throws, tosses or rolls an object with an underhand motion, that person's arm will contact the flap if the arm is moving in the vertical plane. This provides a person with a tactile indication as to whether or not they are moving the arm in proper form.
