    Abstract: A window positioning apparatus for a vehicle comprising a window panel, a frame in which the window panel is guided between a closed position closing a window opening in the frame and an open position opening the window opening, and a multi-stage telescoping screw actuator mechanism connected between the window panel and the frame, the actuator mechanism being extendible to move the window panel from its open position to its closed position and collapsible to move the window panel from its closed position to its open position. The multi-stage telescoping screw actuator mechanism includes a plurality of screw members of progressively decreasing diameter respectively telescopically disposed within a next adjacent screw member of larger diameter.

The first computing device may be communicatively coupled to the virtual card manager via a network. In the example, stored value of the shared virtual card may be split between a first version and a second version. The first version may receive a first portion of the stored value and the second version may receive a second portion of the stored value; the first version available for use on the first computing device and the second version available for use on a second computing device.

    Abstract: A disposable clip (10) is used to releasably attach an ampoule (13) to a syringe (11). The clip (10) includes an ampoule engaging portion (19) and a syringe engaging portion in the form of a recess (17). The ampoule engaging portion (19) comprises a compressible projection which is inserted into the neck (21) of the ampoule (13). The ampoule engaging portion (19) is thereby compressed and frictionally engages the inside of the neck (21) to secure the ampoule (13) firmly to the clip (10). The clip (10) does not obscure the label on the ampoule (13).

    Abstract: An apparatus for use in photogrammetry is disclosed having two spaced-apart parallel scanning zones to which the photographs of a stereoscopic pair of photographs are mounted.A carriage mounted optical scanning system is provided for scanning the two scanning zones and for projecting images of the respective zones to a binocular viewing system, and a secondary optical system is provided, preferably on the carriage, for superimposing reference marks on the projected images.The scanning system is arranged in such a manner that simultaneous scanning of the two scanning zones can be effected in a first direction parallel to the scanning zones, and independent scanning of the two scanning zones can be effected in a second direction which is parallel to the scanning zones and orthogonal to the first direction. Also, the apparatus is adapted to permit relative scanning of the two scanning zones in the first direction or for optically moving the reference marks relative to one another in the first direction.
