    Abstract: A new and improved thin-film integrated capacitor having a low voltage coefficient and being comprised of two standard poly-metal capacitors which are connected in an anti-parallel fashion with the connecting poles of one of the poly-metal capacitors being connected to the reverse poles of the other poly-metal capacitor, thereby resulting in an integrated capacitor which has a constant voltage coefficient in a range approaching zero.
