  • Patent number: 6789771
Abstract: A holster for storing a video game controller has upward, downward, left and right projections forming a cross. A mounting bracket can be connected to either the upward or downward projection so that the holster can be suspended from or supported by the video box or held upright in a free-standing arrangement. The holsters are modular and can be stacked vertically or connected laterally using back-to-back collars to achieve an assembly to store any desired number of controllers. The distance between rods extending from the left and right projections to support a controller can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of differently structured controllers.

  • Patent number: 6089426
Abstract: A holster supports a shotgun in an opened condition at a shooter's side. A pair of rods extend between front and rear walls. The rear wall has a tongue for mounting the holster proximate the shooter's waist. The walls are spaced to receive the pivotally connected barrel and stock portions of the shotgun therebetween so as to prevent the shotgun from sliding off the rods. The rods are spaced by a distance less than the distance between the breach sides of the forearm and the trigger guard of the shotgun in the closed condition and greater than the combined heights of the forearm and the trigger guard so that, when the barrel and stock portions are at rest on the rods, the weight of the barrel portion causes the breach side of the trigger guard to engage against the rod on which the stock portion rests so as to prevent forward rotation of the shotgun off the rods while the weight of the barrel portion prevents rearward rotation of the shogun off the rods.

  • Patent number: 5820490
Abstract: Two golf tees are tethered together by a cord, preferably a monofilament which passes through the stems of the tees. Pegs mounted on a home station are inserted into the tees for storage and carrying the tees through the game. In use, both tees are inserted into the ground, and the tether prevents loss of the tees. The tees are made of high density polyethylene or other similar tough material, as the assembly is designed to prevent loss and breakage of tees.

  • Patent number: 5515903
Abstract: A method is disclosed for making molds for use in injection molding wherein a cement replica is made of a pattern by curing the cement in a silicon rubber negative of the pattern, then pouring molten zinc or zinc alloy into a frame containing the cement replica. The cooling of the mold metal is controlled by the direct application of flame and frequent adjustments of clamps which firmly contact the mold to a solid surface.
