Abstract: An apparatus for exercising intrinsic muscles of the lower and upper body includes a base having an elongate track mounted thereto. A pair of carriages carrying respective stirrups are adjustably mounted to the track. A pair of outer connector hooks are mounted to respective ends of the base and at least one inner connector hook is mounted to the base between the outer hooks. A height adjustable vertical post carries a horizontal hanger. Resilient athletic bands are connected to the apparatus and manipulated by a user to exercise intrinsic muscles.
