    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for operating an integrated telehealth platform are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the integrated telehealth platform provides telehealth kits and associated services and sessions, such as diagnostic testing, temperature measurement, and drug screening, to users. The platform can guide the user through the steps of performing such sessions. The platform can analyze the session results, such as a thermometer reading, and/or coordinate delivery of the telehealth kit to a laboratory for further analysis. Based on the analysis result, the platform can provide microbenefits to the user in the form of, for example, discounted or free medication. The platform can communicate with users, proctors, providers, pharmacies, and other entities. The platform can also unlock or lock vehicles based on a drug screening test performed by a potential vehicle operator prior to operation of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A medical swab for medical diagnostic testing in provided herein. In particular, the medical swab may include a crumple zone configured to crumple, elastically deform, plastically deform, bend, flex, collapse, and/or give when an axial force and/or a radial force is applied to the medical swab. In some embodiments, a stem of the medical swab may retract into or extend from one or more bases. In some embodiments, the medical swab can include a telescoping mechanism configured to control retraction and/or extension of the stem. In some embodiments, the medical swab can include a color changing tip and/or a color changing stem.
