The strap is disposed to extend from the game panel over the forward end of the balance block such that the strap extends at an angle therefrom toward the attachment plate proximate the top edge of said door thereby generating a moment and a force in a direction toward the door face such that the game panel hangs substantially vertically flush against the substantially vertical door face.
