Patent number: 11955759Abstract: An irrigation control device is provided that includes adjacent terminal connector rows having a ridge portion between the rows, where the ridge portion is configured to support and guide wires to the terminal connectors of one row, and to support these wires above wires retained in another row of terminal connectors. In some embodiments, one of the terminal connector rows includes a plurality of risers coupled to the terminal connectors positioned in that row. The risers provide a vertical offset between the adjacent terminal connector rows, as well as a secure electrical and mechanical connection point for the wires to connect to the circuit board directly, or alternatively to the corresponding electrical pads coupled to the circuit board. The housing may include divider walls that each provide an additional barrier or isolation between side-by-side electrical connection pads, terminal connectors and their associated wires.Type: GrantFiled: January 10, 2022Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: Rain Bird CorporationInventors: Harvey J. Patent number: 6396512Abstract: A method for sharing action information between a plurality of personal electronic time management systems through a multi-user personal computer and a second personal computer is disclosed. The method involving first entering into the personal time management system time information for an action and entering into the personal time management system action description information for the time entered. Then, dynamically entering into the personal time management system circle of interest member information from a list of predetermined circle of interest members, the circle of interest member information designating a breadth of sharing of the action such each action previously entered can be programmed dynamically to have a circle of interest member information which is composed of any combination of the predetermined circle of interest members.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 1999Date of Patent: May 28, 2002Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventor: Michael J. Patent number: 6130760Abstract: A transmission job originating station for controlling transmission of job information, based on the processing of a print job in a printing system, is provided. The control system includes a document generating subsystem for providing at least a portion of the print job to be delivered to a print machine and a user interface for programming a set of information including one or more confirmation destinations with each confirmation destination being disposed remotely of the transmission job originating station. The transmission job originating station further includes a control subsystem which, in response to the processing of at least a portion of the print job at the printing machine, reads the set of information and determines each confirmation destination, programmed with the user interface, to which the job information is to be transmitted.Type: GrantFiled: July 14, 1998Date of Patent: October 10, 2000Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventor: Michael J. Patent number: 5745248Abstract: A method and system segments an original image to be scanned and reproduced by a digital copier utilizing a scannable window location carrier. To realize the segmentation, an original image is inserted between a transparent portion and a highly reflective portion of the scannable window location carrier. The scannable window location carrier has a standard sheet size. An edge of the transparent portion and an edge of the highly reflective portion are permanently bonded together, and the transparent portion and the highly reflective portion are of identical lengthwise and widthwise dimensions. The transparent portion is marked so as to create a boundary outlining an area of the original image that is to be segmented from another area of the original image. The original image is removed from between the transparent portion and highly reflective portion of the scannable window location carrier, and the scannable window location carrier is scanned.Type: GrantFiled: February 3, 1997Date of Patent: April 28, 1998Assignee: Xerox CorporationInventor: Michael J.
