    Abstract: The present invention is a routable rigid conductor assembly 10 having a core conductor 20 with a plurality of insulating dielectric layers and an armored exterior layer 70 that is capable of being routed to effect electrical transmission to, for example, a hybrid vehicle electric motor. The conductor assembly 10 of the present invention may be shaped to conform to specific routing configurations required for power transmission in a wide variety of industrial applications while providing impact protection to the conductor inside the assembly.
