Publication number: 20240074026Abstract: Consumables for cutting torches include a distributor, an electrode, and a nozzle. The distributor defines a plurality of ports that extend from an internal cavity of the distributor to an exterior surface of the distributor. The electrode is disposed within and irremovably, fixedly coupled to the distributor. The nozzle defines at least one set of passageways that direct gas into a gap defined between the electrode and the nozzle, the nozzle being irremovably, fixedly coupled to the distributor.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 26, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: Michael Nadler, Maximilian Dougherty, Kevin Horner-Richardson, Auston Maynard, Andrew J. Patent number: 10740548Abstract: Methods and apparatus are presented for flexibly building a dynamic report using a heterogeneous mix of dimensions, segments, and metrics. Within a report building tool a user may introduce any number of dimensions and segments at any point within a generated report. Further within the report building tool, a user may break down existing dimensions and segments within a report with nested dimensions and segments, which may be added without limits on a nesting level. Given a generated report, a user may pivot the generated report, where the pivot includes pivoting any heterogeneous combination of dimensions, segments, and metrics within the generated report defined along each axis. Further, the pivot operation maintains the relative groupings and nestings of dimensions, dimension items, segments, and metrics in going from a column to a row or from a row to a column.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 2017Date of Patent: August 11, 2020Assignee: Adobe Inc.Inventors: Dale A. Anderson, Timothy J. Lott, James R. Meyer, Michael J. Richardson, Thomas M. Dillenbeck, Kyle W. Smith

Patent number: 9361304Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for automated data purge in an e-discovery system. The automated data purge process determines files within an e-discovery file system that qualify for purging based on one or more purge policies, locates the files within the file system and automatically purges the data from the file system. Additional embodiments provide for automatically creating log entries that track the details of the purge and automatically generating and communicating alerts/messages that notify concerned parties of the data purge. As such the present invention is able to accurately and automatically purge data from an electronic discovery file system and provide for detailed purge data tracking, as well as, purge notification.Type: GrantFiled: May 23, 2013Date of Patent: June 7, 2016Assignee: BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATIONInventors: Eric B. Hobart, John N. Whalen, Michael J. Richardson, Kellie H. Hudson

Patent number: 8235445Abstract: A vehicle is provided with on-demand seating to allow maximum cargo space in the passenger compartment when the seats are not needed. The seating is lightweight and compact, maximizing available cargo space and minimizing mass and fuel economy impact. The flexible seat may be stowed within body structure defining the passenger compartment, such as side trim panels or a vehicle floor. The body structure supports the flexible seat in a deployed position in which the flexible seat extends from the body structure into the passenger compartment. Roller mechanisms mounted within the body structure allow the seat to extend and retract from the passenger compartment. The seats may be inflatable, and may include pneumatic foam.Type: GrantFiled: December 15, 2009Date of Patent: August 7, 2012Assignee: GM Global Technology Operations LLCInventors: Thomas A. Jones, Therese A. Tant, James T. Embach, Kurt D. Zeile, Michael J. Richardson

Patent number: 6658876Abstract: A method and apparatus for collecting and chilling wastewater samples and the like provides an insulated sample container vessel that has cooling coils therein for direct contact and heat transfer with a liquid in the container to rapidly cool the liquid. A refrigeration unit keeps the cooling coils cool. The liquid can be a sample which is required to be stored at 1-3 degrees Centigrade. The chiller is different from similar chillers in that the cooling coils simply are inserted in an insulated container, and can be removed therefrom when it is desired to transport the sample. The sample remains cool during transportation even without the cooling coils. The cooling coils are arranged in the ice chest such that coolant from the chiller enters through the upper coils and exits through the lower coils, causing the liquid sample in the upper part of the container to cool more than the sample in the lower part of the container.Type: GrantFiled: April 8, 2002Date of Patent: December 9, 2003Inventors: Michael J.
