    Abstract: Methods, compositions, and medical device systems relating to treating exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage (EIPH) and nasopharyngeal cicatrix (NC) in a mammal. For example, one method comprises administering through inhalation a composition comprising a physiologically acceptable carrier and one or more stem cell derived factors, such as stem cell factors secreted by cultured mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).
