  • Patent number: 12253196
Abstract: A transition coupling assembly for use in the construction of a concrete floor containing vertical pipe stubs. A transition coupling body is used to cap a vertical pipe during the pouring of the slab. After the concrete floor is finished, a thin layer of concrete may be removed from above the cover and then the cover is removed to reveal an opening leading to the second end of the coupling. A second pipe may be connected to a second socket in the transition coupling to form a vertical pipe stub to provide a waste pipe for a toilet, sink, or other plumbing fixture.

  • Patent number: 11554971
Abstract: A grease or oil separator system that includes a grease interceptor body with a variable flow control assembly. The grease interceptor system is a large tank with an inlet for wastewater and a downstream outlet for passing the wastewater minus separated grease and oil into a sewer system. Inside the tank, the grease floats to the top so that it can be removed through an opening in the top wall that provides an access port for clean out. The pickup for the outlet is located toward the bottom of the tank near the bottom wall so that only water separated from the grease flows into the sewer system. The variable flow control assembly varies the size of an opening in a conduit inside the interceptor body. Varying the size of the opening controls the flow from the inlet into the tank.

  • Patent number: 6283442
Abstract: A trap seal primer distribution unit capable of providing charges of water to two, three, or four sewer trap lines depending on the initial setting of the unit. The distribution unit comprises two main components. A lid for splitting the water from the trap seal primer valve removably attaches to a distribution body such that rotation of the lid into three alternate positions enables the distribution unit to alternately serve two, three, or four sewer trap lines.
