The fuel pumps have intakes connected to filters. One pump may be connected to a fuel only passing filter, and another pump may be connected with a fuel-water mixture passing filter. Fuel from the outlets of the pumps is delivered past non-return check valves through a manifold. The manifold is connected with a pressure regulator valve, which is fluidly communicative with the engine of the vehicle.
