  • Patent number: 10738974
Abstract: A lighting device for film and television for attachment to a light fixture has interconnected preferably trapezoidal panels connected to adjacent panels along opposing ends within a fabric sleeve, the wider edges of the panels connectable to the lighting fixture. Each panel has a corrugated plastic core and fibreglass rods inserted perpendicular to the parallel edges of the panels adjacent a first end, adjacent an opposing second end, and at a medial position. A hinge having attachment means is provided at one end of the extension housing. The device may be folded upon itself to about ? of its original size and requires no assembly as it is a single unit. Although the enclosure is collapsible, once it is attached to any light fixture it becomes a rigid frame that does not collapse.

  • Publication number: 20180129122
Abstract: A light control device comprising a grid formed from a plurality of fabric ribbons positioned perpendicular to the plane defined by the grid; wherein the fabric ribbons define a plurality of one or more geometric cells within the grid for passage therethrough, of light from a light source, the geometric cells preferably offset rows of rectangles when the device is unstressed, and hexagons when the device is under tension stretched evenly in line with the fabric ribbons of the grid.

  • Patent number: 9810970
Abstract: A light control device comprising a grid formed from a plurality of non-overlapping fabric ribbons positioned perpendicular to the plane defined by the grid; wherein the fabric ribbons define a plurality of one or more geometric cells within the grid for passage therethrough of light from a light source, the geometric cells preferably offset rows of rectangles when the device is unstressed, and hexagons when the device is undertension stretched evenly in line with the fabric ribbons of the grid.

  • Patent number: 9033291
Abstract: A bag holder for allowing a person to easily fill a plastic storage bag without the help of an additional person to hold the plastic storage bag open. The bag holder includes a first support, a second support, upper arms connecting the top ends of the first support with the second support, lower supports connecting the bottom ends of the first support with the second support, and clamps positioned opposed to one another, the clamps are secured to at least one of the first upper arm, the second upper arm, and the middle section of the first support and the second support.

  • Patent number: 8357444
Abstract: There is provided a special effects greenscreen having a plurality of marks dispersed thereon in a selected pattern, wherein each of the marks is embedded in the greenscreen by weaving, knitting, felting, crocheting, screening, stamping, embossing or similar method to integrate the mark into the greenscreen material. The pattern may be a single repeated mark evenly spaced along horizontal lines, along vertical lines, or along both horizontal and vertical lines. The pattern may comprise a familiar ordered series of unique marks dispersed in a selected pattern on the greenscreen, for example, letters of the alphabet. The pattern may comprise a first mark embedded at a selected point on the greenscreen, a plurality of second marks each embedded a first distance away from the first mark, and a plurality of third marks each embedded a second distance from the first mark, wherein the second distance is greater than first distance.
