Abstract: A system for evaluating a contract includes a computing device and a computer-readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium includes programming instructions that, when executed, cause the computing device to receive an indication that a clause of a contract is suggested to be negotiated, determine whether the contract has been executed, in response to determining that the contract has been executed, prompt the consumer to specify how the consumer would have preferred the clause to have been negotiated, receive input from the consumer comprising one or more proposed changes to the clause, and store at least a portion of the received input as part of a blockchain so that it is associated with the contract and the clause to which it pertains, wherein at least a portion of information stored in the blockchain is publicly available to one or more third parties.
