An example apparatus includes a classifier to determine an audio characteristic value representative of an audio characteristic in audio; a transition detector to detect a transition between a first category and a second category by comparing the audio characteristic value to a threshold value among a set of threshold values, the set of threshold values corresponding to the first category and the second category; and a context manager to control a device to switch from a first fingerprinting algorithm to a second fingerprinting algorithm different than the first fingerprinting algorithm, responsive to the detected transition between the first category and the second category.

Abstract: A legal advice and referral method wherein the software application of the present invention includes providing legal advice and access to local laws based on the geographical position of the user. The present invention provides a plurality of legal category icons that facilitate the researching of local laws wherein the laws provided are based on the current geographical location of the user. The present invention further includes the ability to facilitate the communicable connection between a user and a legal professional. The legal professionals are assigned a geographical territory upon being registered with the present invention. A user is provided a prompt to be directly connected to a legal professional for an emergency. The present invention further provides the ability for a user to search laws for a location other than their current geographical position.

Abstract: An enhanced trocar for laparoscopic surgery has a proximal end, a distal end, and a tubular trocar body connecting and extending between the ends. The trocar body is shaped and sized to receive inline and retain therein tissue isolated and divided during a laparoscopic surgical procedure, to permit a surgeon to remove such tissue from the surgical site and dispose of the removed tissue without an additional dedicated disposal device.

The docking station may include a rack configured to dock a micromobility transit vehicle, a bollard for securing the micromobility transit vehicle within the rack, and a dock module configured to detect a characteristic of a lock cable securing the micromobility transit vehicle to the bollard. The dock module may include an inductive coil assembly disposed around a hole of the bollard to detect the lock cable inserted into the hole.

Abstract: A method of providing environmental information to an electronic device includes, at the electronic device, receiving ambient light from a surrounding environment of the electronic device with one or more camera sensors in data communication with a processor and capturing a raw pattern with the camera sensor, wherein the raw pattern includes light intensity information and light spectrum information. The method further includes deriving at least one ambient light value from the light intensity information and light spectrum information and providing the ambient light value to the processor of the electronic device.

The classifier nodes comprise first and second classifier nodes arranged in a first packet processing path of said plurality of packet processing paths. The first classifier node stores node match data indicative of a match corresponding to content from a plurality of packet header field types, including first and second, different packet header field types. The transmission includes a rotatable housing which drives a wheel of a vehicle, a wireless transceiver in communication with a thermistor embedded within molding, a battery embedded within the molding, and the molding resides within the housing. The temperature measurement device resides in a wall of the rotatable housing and the rotatable housing includes an interior volume. The interior volume of the rotatable housing is partially filled with oil for lubrication of transmission components residing within the interior volume of the housing. The temperature measurement device is rotated through the oil and out of the oil within the rotating housing when the rotating housing is in motion.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for notifying a user of a change to a file stored in a cloud-based file-storage system. A first indication of a first change to the file by a first user is received from a remote server, where the file is associated with a second user and is stored by the remote server. Subscription preferences of the second user are received. A notification indicating the first change to the file is displayed on a mobile device associated with the second user if a category of the notification is allowed by the subscription preferences. The notification includes a graphical preview of the file, an identifier of the file, and an identity of the first user.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for aerostat deployable from sonobuoy launch container. One embodiment is an apparatus that includes a capsule configured to launch from an aircraft and float in seawater with one or more sonobuoys. The capsule includes a receiver configured to receive sonobuoy data from the one or more sonobuoys, a transmitter configured to transmit the sonobuoy data to the aircraft, a cable configured to power the transmitter via a battery, and a reaction chamber including a reactant and configured to generate a gas from the seawater mixing with the reactant. The capsule also includes an aerostat tethered to the capsule via the cable and configured to inflate with the gas produced by the reaction chamber, and to ascend above the capsule with the transmitter to increase a distance for transmitting the sonobuoy data to the aircraft.

Abstract: A method for providing restoration of third-party application data to a client device is described herein. The method includes determining whether to provide, to the client device, data associated with a third-party application to be restored at the client device. The data associated with the third-party application includes binary data stored in a first cloud storage location having a storage address, and metadata stored in a second cloud storage location. The method also includes using the metadata to determine the storage address of the first cloud storage location. The method further includes providing the binary data from the first cloud storage location to the client device for restoring the third-party application data.

Abstract: A system and method for recursive propagating application access control relate to managing third-party application access to content files and folders on a cloud storage system. The access control system may receive an access authorization indication to grant a third-party entity access to a parent folder containing a first file, and then modify an access control rule associated with the parent folder based on the access authorization indication. The modified access control rule is propagated to a child folder of the parent folder, and thus the third-party entity is granted access to a second file in the child folder based on the modified access control rule. The second file shares a common attribute with the first file, 1 and the modified access control rule specifies the common attribute.

The Putter Head's ability to make a Putter Assembly balance on a golf ball, toe, and heel is driven by the precise location of the center of gravity and the specific geometry of the sole of the Putter Head. The ability for the Putter Head to allow a putter assembly to balance on the toe, heel, and on top of a golf ball is a visual demonstration of the center of gravity and balance of the putter assembly. The center of gravity and balance of the putter assembly is a common factor used by consumers for determining putter selection. Note: The benefits of the Putter Head are realized when the Putter Head is combined with a standard golf club putter shaft, and standard golf putter grip. The Putter Shaft and Putter Grip are not part of this patent submission.

Abstract: A method for storing mobile device data to cloud storage includes detecting a predetermined condition to backup data associated with a first mobile device to the cloud storage. Uploading, to a cloud storage server, data associated with the first mobile device including data associated with a plurality of third-party applications stored on the first mobile device and one or more of contacts information stored on the first mobile device, text messages stored on the first mobile device, or contents of a memory card associated with the first mobile device. The data associated with the plurality of third-party applications include binary data and metadata. The method further includes storing the binary data of the plurality of third-party applications at a first cloud storage location and storing the metadata of the plurality of third-party applications to a second cloud storage location that is different from the first cloud storage location.
