  • Publication number: 20230192881
Abstract: This invention relates generally to monoclonal antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof that specifically bind Toll-like Receptor 4 (TLR-4), to methods of using the anti-TLR4 antibodies to treat or prevent symptoms of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). This invention also relates to monoclonal antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to IP-10 and methods of using anti-IL-10 antibodies to treat or prevent symptoms of ARDS. The invention further provides routes of administrations and formulations for said methods.

  • Patent number: 9185355
Abstract: A method for estimating the activity topology of a set of sensed data windows is described. Each of the sensed data windows related to a corresponding sensed region. The method includes the steps of determining a subset of sensed data windows that are not connected; and excluding the subset of sensed data windows from the set of sensed data windows. In one embodiment, the sensed data windows corresponding to image windows such as would be provided by a visual surveillance system.

  • Patent number: 7688997
Abstract: An image sequence derived from area surveillance is considered as a collection of independent time series, each of which describes an image feature that summarizes a small neighborhood of the image. These time series are regarded as samples from some underlying distribution, and statistical techniques are used to identify the density function of this distribution. The background can then be identified as a feature of this distribution, moreover the distribution of features in subsequent image frames can be monitored to see if it deviates sufficiently from the current distributions to indicate a change in the background.
