    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for personalizing video content using information associated with a viewer of the video content. An indication is received from a host device that dynamic user background replacement is to be used for the video content. An indication is then received of one or more aspects of the video content to be personalized. Potential viewers of the video content are identified. Once identified, a database is queried for personalized information associated with a first viewer of the potential viewers of the video content. Based on the personalized information associated with the first viewer, an original video content version of the video content is modified to generate a first video content version of the video content.

Binary digits of the data from the second device can be represented by transitions, of a current through a component of the first device, between being less than a threshold and being greater than the threshold. A voltage regulator of the second device can provide, in response to the voltage at the node being within a range of voltages that includes the first voltage and the second voltage, the electrical power to one or more components.
