  • Publication number: 20260137625
Abstract: The present invention relates to the treatment of diseases associated with inflammation including solid cancers. More particularly, certain methods relate to the administration (e.g., intravenously) of polyhedrin protein (PODS) crystals for the delivery of one or more therapeutic proteins. • Patent number: 12633103
Abstract: An artificial intelligence-based image processing system comprises a processor that executes instructions stored on a memory to classify an input image with a prototypical part neural network including a backbone subnetwork, a prototype subnetwork, and a readout subnetwork to produce an interpretable classification of the input image including one or a combination of a classification result of the input image and an interpretation of the classification result. The backbone subnetwork is trained with machine learning to process the input image with an incomplete sequence of active convolutional layers producing feature embeddings representing features extracted from pixels of different regions of the input image. The prototype subnetwork is trained to compare the feature embeddings with prototypical feature embeddings to produce results of comparison and the readout subnetwork is configured to analyze the results of comparison to produce the interpretable classification of the input image.

  • Publication number: 20260110735
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a test system that includes an integrated protocol analyzer (IPA) and wherein memory allocated to different DUTs can be pooled for improved capture depth during testing. The IPA also monitors one or more sideband communication channels (or for system events) and can advantageously trigger a response by the test system (e.g., the capturing and/or filtering of data) during device testing based on prescribed sideband data or prescribed system events. The sideband channel can also be used to transmit commands and signals generated by a sideband automatic pattern generator (APG) of an FPGA in communication with a DUT to test or configure the DUT. The sideband channel can be monitored continuously to identify signals, commands, or other data that trigger certain responses by the FPGA or other test system components. The sidebands are typically implemented using dedicated input/output pins of the DUT and the FPGA.

  • Publication number: 20260102592
Abstract: A medical balloon comprises a braided construct of a low melting temperature bonding yarn and a high-strength reinforcing yarn. The braided structure is contacted to the outer surface of a polymeric balloon serving as a scaffold and then post-processed in a reflow heating step which elevates the assembly above the melting temperature of the bonding yarn. The reflow heating step causes the bonding yarn to melt and flow over, around and under the reinforcing yarn and over and around the balloon. When the melted bonding yarn is cooled to an ambient temperature, it bonds to the reinforcing yarn and to the outer surface of the balloon.

Abstract: A device for optimizing model performance includes: a memory resource storing a local model on an electronic device; and a first processor. The local model is obtained by use of a machine learning process. The first processor: obtains data at the electronic device; applies the local model to the data or further data derived from the data to obtain at least one local model result; generates a measure of the quality of the local model result, and sends the data, further data derived from the data and/or the local model result through a communication device to a second processor for use in updating a global model based on the measure of the quality of the local model result.

  • Publication number: 20250248493
Abstract: The sunshade/shield structure invention is practical, portable, and effective in skin care protection and prevention of skin cancer. It can be made as a commercial use product with less portability features or a residential/consumer model which is portable and can be disassembled and reassembled quickly via pins and or shock cords like camping hike tents. Its aerodynamic design is wind resistant and porous so water during a storm won't pool and stress the frame. It can be made of metal materials that are powder coated or high-impact absorbing, UV-protected plastics. The ground frame/base can be extended in length or width for custom chair fitting and stability because the frame sleeves in and out. A sand or ground anchor can be used in the yard or on the beach instead of the ground stand. The leg post interfaces with both ground and sand anchor bases. The ground frame will have two roller wheels so moving will be easy. Tip the shade back and touch the wheels to the hard surface for easy relocating.

  • Publication number: 20250191364
Abstract: A system for video anomaly detection is configured to extract, from a set of input frames of the input video, input appearance features indicative of the appearance of the object in a frame, input size features indicative of the size of the object in the scene, input location features indicative of the location of the object in the scene, and input trajectory features indicative of a trajectory of the object tracked in a set of frames of the input video. The system combines the input appearance features, the input size features, the input location features, and the input trajectory features to produce an input feature vector and compares the input feature vector with each of the exemplars extracted from the normal video to determine the smallest distance from the input feature vector to its closest exemplar. The system declares the anomaly when the smallest distance is greater than a threshold.
