  • Patent number: 10972458
Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server, which receives a request from a user's electronic client device. The server determines the authentication level of the request. If the authentication level satisfies a threshold, the server may route the request to a call center computing system; otherwise, the server authenticates the user based on the authentication level. Specifically, the server presents one or more security challenges corresponding to the authentication level and authorizes the user if the user correctly answers the security challenges. The server may receive a second request from the same user who has been authorized for the first authentication level. If the authentication level of the second request is higher, the server may present more security challenges on the second level; if the authentication level is lower, the server directly allows the access of the requested services.

  • Patent number: 10909618
Abstract: Techniques are described for migrating information (e.g., funds) from a first account to a second account. Account information for the first account may be analyzed to identify periodic, regular, and/or semi-regular transactions of a first type (e.g., charge(s)) made from the first account. The account information may also be analyzed to identify periodic, regular, and/or semi-regular transactions of a second type (e.g., payment(s)) made into the first account. The transactions(s) of the first type may be migrated to be paid out of the second account, and the transactions(s) of the second type may be migrated to be paid into the second account. After migration of transaction(s) is completed, the remaining funds may be transferred from the first account into the second account. In some instances during the migration process, funds may be transferred from the first account to the second account to cover charges made against the second account.

  • Patent number: 10764281
Abstract: A user authentication system includes an image capture device and a controller communicatively coupled to the image capture device. The controller receives first image data associated with user identification information and generates a first set of biometric data based on the first image data. The controller also receives second image data associated with a first user action in response to the first set of biometric data approximately matching a first set of authenticated biometric data. The controller further generates a second set of biometric data based on the second image data and receives third image data associated with a second user action. The controller also generates a third set of biometric data based on the third image data. The controller further grant access to a user account in response to the second and third sets of biometric data approximately matching second and third sets of authenticated biometric data, respectively.

  • Patent number: 10623250
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing a simultaneous, multi-device user experience for one or more users, on computing devices that include different capabilities for data input and/or data output. A user may register multiple devices with a service, and the service may determine capabilities of the devices for data input and data output. During a communication session involving the user and another user, such as a service representative, the service may receive input data collected through one or more devices and/or provide output data to be presented on one or more devices, where such data input and data output is received and provided according to the various input/output capabilities of the various devices. The data input and/or data output may switch from device to device during a session. In some instances, data may be replicated for presentation through multiple devices simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 10445571
Abstract: Techniques are described for capturing data from a digital document through the use of targeted user feedback regarding the position(s) of particular data field(s) in the document. Implementations enhance the speed and accuracy of data capture from documents and/or images of documents by providing a helpful and intuitive set of controls to enable the end user to indicate the position(s) of field(s) on a document. Through specification of the position of the field in the document, implementations may isolate the portion of the document where data extraction is to be performed to determine the associated value of the field. Any suitable number of field values may be extracted from the document in this manner, based on positions indicated by the user using the provided control(s). In some implementations, one or more actions may be automatically performed based on the extracted data, such as automated bill payment actions.
