The apparatus comprises a housing, retaining mechanism disposed within at least a portion of the housing and which is adapted for holding the mechanism, and an actuating mechanism between the retaining mechanism and the housing for movement of the retaining mechanism relative to the housing so as to actuate the apparatus.
