  • Publication number: 20070238635
Abstract: A cleaning tablet comprising a hydrogen-bonded complex of poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone) containing, by weight, about 15-20 wt. % H2O2, and ingredients capable of producing an effervescent effect in aqueous solution by release of carbon dioxide therefrom which comprises an alkali carbonate and/or bicarbonate base and an organic acid.
    Type: Application
    Filed: April 2, 2007
    Publication date: October 11, 2007
    Applicant: ISP Investments Inc.
Inventors: Purvita Shah, David Hood, Michael Jurek
  • Publication number: 20060128595
Abstract: A soil settling composition which can rapidly precipitate soil in dirty water includes an aqueous solution of a settling agent which is a polymeric composition of a water soluble polymer, or copolymer thereof, optionally having in situ-formed substantially water-insoluble, crosslinked resinous particles of the polymer or copolymer substantially uniformly dispersed in the composition as a second phase.
    Type: Application
    Filed: February 3, 2006
    Publication date: June 15, 2006
    Inventors: Purvita Shah, Michael Jurek
  • Publication number: 20060079436
Abstract: A laundry detergent formulation includes a dirt suspending agent which is a blend of an anionic material, such as an anionic polymer, and a quaternary ammonium salt. This suspending agent prevents redeposition of dirt which is removed from clothing by a laundry detergent from redepositing onto cleaned clothes during the wash cycle, while allowing it to be removed completely during the rinse cycle.

  • Publication number: 20050032655
Abstract: A micro-emulsified fragrance composition provides an effective fragrance delivery system when present in a laundry composition, e.g. a laundry fabric softener formulation, or when delivered from a substrate. This composition can deposit a substantial amount of fragrance material onto the surface intended for deposition during the wash, rinse, dry, or post-dry cycles.
