Abstract: A method and system are described that provide responses to natural language queries regarding the performance of a business. The method and system provide for crowd-sourced data to determine natural language query suggestions to transmit to a user, based upon previously submitted questions of the user and/or similar merchants to the user. Natural language query suggestions may be provided as utterances to a keyboard of a merchant user. The merchant user may select one or more suggestions provided. The use of natural language queries and responses allows a merchant without a business intelligence background to obtain business insights easily and accurately assess his performance (e.g., against similar merchants, etc.) without personally identifiable or confidential information of other merchants being compromised.

The method includes the operation of coupling the portable point-of-sale device to an external display device. The method also includes the operation of downloading a merchant companion application to a merchant client device. The merchant companion application is configured to communicate directly with the portable point-of-sale device. Furthermore, the method includes the operation of configuring a network connection between the portable point-of-sale device and the interchange network utilizing the merchant companion application. Moreover, the method includes the operation of providing merchant onboarding information to the interchange network via the portable point-of-sale device utilizing the merchant companion application.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure enable a card issuer to deliver and deliver payment cards in an organized and secure manner. In one aspect, a computer-implemented method and system for delivering a payment card is provided. The method and system include identifying a location of a client device associated with a request for the payment card. A first zone about the client device is scanned for one or more objects in the first zone. A determination is made as to whether at least one predetermined object of the one or more objects is associated with the payment card. On condition that the at least one predetermined object is associated with the payment card, the payment card is delivered. Aspects of the disclosure enable a card issuer to activate and deliver payment cards in an organized and secure manner.

Abstract: Systems and methods for use in permitting merchant to manage fraud prevention rules are disclosed. One exemplary method includes causing at least one settings interface to be displayed to a merchant via a sales platform. The method also includes receiving, by a computing device, via the at least one settings interface, a merchant-specific selection of a prescribed action relating to transactions, at the merchant and receiving, by the computing device, a merchant-specific selection of a fraud prevention rule associated with the prescribed action. The fraud prevention rule defines merchant-specific criteria relating to the transactions. In addition, the method includes appending, by the computing device, the fraud prevention rule to a data structure, in association with the merchant, whereby the prescribed action is effected when a transaction to the merchant violates the criteria defined by the fraud prevention rule.

An exemplary method generally includes accessing, by a computing device, transaction data associated with a merchant, for a predefined interval and generating, by the computing device, an interface including at least one status indicator based on the accessed transaction data. The status indicator is representative of a value of a metric for the merchant during a first interval within the predefined interval relative to a value of the metric for the merchant during a second different interval within the predefined interval. The method then further includes causing the interface to be displayed at an output device of the computing device.

One exemplary method includes receiving a transaction request from a merchant relating to a transaction between a consumer and the merchant, transmitting a verification message to the merchant including a verification code, and receiving a verified transaction request from the merchant. At least one of the transaction request and the verified transaction request includes a telephone number associated with the consumer and an amount of the transaction. The method also includes transmitting a confirmation request to the consumer including a confirmation code, when the verified transaction request includes said verification code. The method further includes receiving a confirmation response from the consumer and transmitting an authorization request for the transaction, when the confirmation response includes said confirmation code.
