Abstract: Systems and methods for sleep management are disclosed. The systems and methods, utilize one or more peripheral devices, a network, one or more networked computers, and one or more remote servers. The systems and methods are capable of collecting one or more indicators of sleep, calculating one or more sleep parameters, transmitting the sleep parameters to one or more remote servers, further calculating sleep utilization and one or more sleep recommendations using that data, and outputting one or more sleep recommendations to one or more networked computers and/or one or more peripheral devices as adjustments to sleep opportunity that can be used by the user to adjust his or her sleep cycle.
