  • Publication number: 20260071238
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of hypoimmunogenicity, such as bioengineering methodologies and materials, including hypoimmunogenicity (such as engineering hypoimmunogenicity) methodologies and materials useful in, for example, genetically modifying and/or otherwise altering at least one target gene or gene product, processes for producing engineered hypoimmunogenic cells, manufacturing of engineered hypoimmunogenic cellular compositions, and uses thereof.

  • Publication number: 20210047423
Abstract: The present disclosure provides for immune cells with improved function and properties. Immune cells that overexpress, or ectopically express, autophagy modulators are provided. Increased expression of autophagy modulators can improve the function of a T cell or an NK cell expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). For example, CAR-T cells that ectopically express ATG5 or ATG7 exhibit improved stimulation in response to antigen.

  • Publication number: 20070154488
Abstract: Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularly lung cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or more lung tumor polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses such polypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing such polypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly lung cancer.

  • Publication number: 20060269532
Abstract: Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, particularly prostate cancer, are disclosed. Illustrative compositions comprise one or more prostate-specific polypeptides, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode such polypeptides, antigen presenting cell that expresses such polypeptides, and T cells that are specific for cells expressing such polypeptides. The disclosed compositions are useful, for example, in the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of diseases, particularly prostate cancer.

  • Publication number: 20060024301
Abstract: Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of cancer, such as prostate cancer, are disclosed. Compositions may comprise one or more prostate-specific proteins, immunogenic portions thereof, or polynucleotides that encode such portions. Alternatively, a therapeutic composition may comprise an antigen presenting cell that expresses a prostate-specific protein, or a T cell that is specific for cells expressing such a protein. Such compositions may be used, for example, for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as prostate cancer. Diagnostic methods based on detecting a prostate-specific protein, or mRNA encoding such a protein, in a sample are also provided.
