  • Patent number: 11751734
Abstract: A floor cleaner including a recovery tank. The recovery tank includes a tank body having a lower end wall, an open upper end, and a sidewall that extend upwardly from the lower end wall. A cover that includes a suction air outlet in fluid communication with a vacuum source. An inlet duct extends upwardly from the lower end wall. The recover tank includes a shutoff float including a float body and a closure. The float body is configured to float on a surface of cleaning fluid and the closure is received in the suction air outlet to close the suction air outlet. The float body moves along the inlet duct as the float body floats on the surface of the cleaning fluid. The float body includes an aperture extending through the float body and the inlet duct extends through the aperture of the float body.

  • Publication number: 20230245039
Abstract: A tracking system for a food commodity supply chain includes a tracking device and a computing device. The tracking device is mounted to a conveyance structure that is configured to receive a unit load of a food commodity. The tracking device includes a sensor to track an environmental condition of an environment of the tracking device while the tracking device is traveling along the food commodity supply chain. The computing device is configured to receive an environmental value of the environmental condition sensed by the sensor, process the environmental value to determine whether the environmental condition is within a predetermined environmental range, and transmit an alert when the environmental condition falls outside the predetermined environmental range. The alert includes a suggested interventive action based on the environmental condition that falls outside the predetermined environmental range.

  • Publication number: 20230231912
Abstract: A storage system proxy associated with a storage system may receive a service mesh policy used by a service mesh. The storage system may include a storage system proxy. The service mesh may include a control plane and a data plane. The data plane may include proxies associated with respective services. The control plane may configure the proxies according to the service mesh policy. The data plane may include the proxies communicating with each other, as configured by the control plane, to relay exchanges between the services. The storage system proxy may communicate with the storage system to configure a volume based on the service mesh policy received from the service mesh. The volume may be exposed to the data plane.

  • Patent number: 9192165
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing CO2 for attracting bloodsucking arthropods (2). In this method, at least one liquid or solid organic substance (11) is reacted in an oxidation process in a targeted manner, one portion completely and another partially, thus forming, in addition to CO2, H2O and heat, at least one further partial oxidation product (P). The invention further relates to a device (1a, 1b) for generating CO2, said device (1a, 1b) comprising a storage means (10) for at least one liquid or solid organic substance (11) and an evaporation module (14) for the liquid or solid organic substance (11). The device (1a, 1b) comprises a reactor module (16) for the controlled oxidation and partial oxidation of the at least one liquid or solid organic substance (11); a control unit (80); and means (13, 18, 21, 22, 26) for regulating the oxidation and partial oxidation process.
